Our usual delivery is 4 to 8 weeks for most standard models. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on inventory.
Can I get the OSA-LATOR indexing table painted in colors other than blue?
Absolutely. Please provide us with paint samples or specifications (additional fees may apply). Typically, we powder-coat all of our tables in blue.
Does the tabletop come only in a standard configuration?
We can design and manufacture a custom tabletop to meet your specific requirements. A consultation and drawing approval process will be required.
Does the indexing table come ready to be integrated with a robot?
We can work with you to provide a "plug-and-play", integration-ready table that meets your control requirements. Can the OSA-LATOR indexing table be adjusted to offer more stations?
The mechanical nature of the device restricts the number of positions to 2 or 4 only.
What are the minimum and maximum weight capacities of the tables?
Our smallest table can accommodate a 500 lb. payload per station with less than a 2 second index time. Our highest capacity table accommodates a total load of 8,000 lbs. yielding an approximate indexing time of 5 seconds for a 2 position table.
Can the tooling I use be larger than the table?
Our customers typically use tooling that is larger than the indexing table. The OSA-LATOR indexing table has been designed to accommodate tooling of various sizes and weights with a variety of mounting methods.
How is indexing time affected by the mass moment of inertia of the load?
Indexing time is related to both the mass moment of inertia and e-stop time. Modification of either of these variables will affect the index time. Please contact our Sales Department at 1-866-261-0251 for a technical evaluation of your specific application.
My OSA-LATOR table needs work. Can I service the table myself?
Yes, absolutely. Most adjustments are easily done and can be referenced in your OSA-LATOR manual. Should you encounter any problems, please consult with our technician by telephone during regular business hours. Telephone consultations are provided to our customers free of charge. Please have your serial number handy.
